We’re not just here for your gut—we’re here for you.

At Wellness Within, we’re a small but mighty crew of colon hydrotherapists, educators, and detox nerds who believe healing doesn’t have to be complicated, clinical, or awkward. We’re here to make your experience private, professional, and just the right amount of funny (because let’s be honest… we talk about poop all day).

Each of us has our own healing story—so we get what it’s like to feel stuck, inflamed, or like “this can’t possibly be normal.” We’ve been there, and now we’re here to help you feel better from the inside out.

Whether you’re walking in for your first colonic or diving into a full parasite cleanse, we’ll support you with real tools, zero judgment, and a whole lot of heart.

Monica’s Story

Monica Blough is an experienced Colon Hydrotherapist and the founder of Wellness Within Colon Hydrotherapy. Her journey into wellness began with personal pain—years of chronic inflammation, autoimmune issues, joint pain, and unexplained exhaustion. After losing her father to colon cancer and walking through her mother’s battle with bladder cancer, Monica started to connect the dots between gut health, detoxification, and disease.

What began as a desperate search for relief became a complete transformation. Through colon hydrotherapy and targeted detox support, Monica lost 70 pounds, reversed many of her symptoms, and rediscovered what it felt like to feel good in her own body. That freedom lit a fire in her to help others experience the same.

Now, through Wellness Within, Monica has created a space where gut healing is accessible, compassionate, and shame-free. Her approach is rooted in simplicity, education, faith, and lived experience. Whether you’re just starting your journey or deep in the healing process, Monica believes your body was designed to heal—and that restoring the gut is one of the most powerful places to begin.

The Wellness Within team is made up of colon hydrotherapists, detox enthusiasts, supplement nerds, and people who genuinely love helping others feel better in their bodies. We bring education, experience, and just the right amount of poop humor to keep things light.

    As founder of Wellness Within (and a wife and mom), she’s passionate about helping clients feel lighter, healthier, and fully themselves again.

    Shelby leads our Twin Falls clinic with heart. She’s passionate about helping clients feel lighter, healthier, and more confident—on the table and beyond.

  • Ben is the guy fixing equipment, cleaning windows, building things we forgot we needed, and making Monica’s to-do list his own. Equal parts handyman, hype-man, and husband, he keeps the place running smoothly.
