Monica is a Licensed Colon Hydrotherapist and the founder of Wellness Within Colon Hydrotherapy. Her personal journey into wellness began after years of chronic inflammation, joint pain, autoimmune challenges, and unexplained fatigue. After losing her father to colon cancer and supporting her mother through bladder cancer, Monica began to connect the dots between gut health, detoxification, and overall well-being.

What started as a personal transformation led to a professional calling. Monica not only lost 70 pounds but also reversed many of her symptoms—all beginning with colon hydrotherapy. She became passionate about helping others experience the same freedom and healing.

Monica believes the body was designed to heal, and that restoring the gut is a foundational step. Her approach is rooted in simplicity, faith, education, and a whole lot of compassion. Through Wellness Within, she’s created a safe, non-judgmental space where clients are supported, informed, and empowered on their health journey—no matter where they’re starting from.
